Because each design is produced specifically for you, returns and refunds are handled with great attention and transparency.
1. Return Policy
We accept returns only under specific conditions, as most of our garments are custom-made or made-to-order.
However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly repair, replace, or refund it.
To qualify for a return:
The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Custom-made or altered pieces cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees and international customs charges are non-refundable.
If your item was purchased with a discount or during a special offer, only the amount paid will be refunded.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Bridal gowns

5. Return Procedure
If your return meets the conditions above:
Contact our support team to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Repack your item carefully in its original packaging.
Send it via a trackable courier service to the address provided by our customer care representative.
