Processing Time
Each couture or ready-to-wear piece is crafted or prepared individually.
Couture & Custom Orders: Estimated production time varies between 10–25 working days, depending on design complexity.
Ready-to-Wear Items: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods
We proudly deliver worldwide using trusted carriers such as DHL Express, UPS, or FedEx, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
Domestic (Romania): 1–3 working days
Europe: 3–7 working days
International: 7–14 working days

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout, based on your location and order value.
Orders above a certain value may qualify for complimentary shipping.
Taxes or import duties (if applicable outside the EU) are the customer’s responsibility.
